Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to get your western wear to you faster than a jackrabbit.
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Choose the shipping method that works best for you:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Just like we stand behind the quality of our jeans and shirts, we stand behind our customer satisfaction guarantee.
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Personalized or custom-made western wear
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
1. Submit Your Request
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our return request template below.
2. Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
3. Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your packing slip.
4. Ship Your Return
Mail your package to our returns center at:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
When your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For our partners outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Returns must be sent via trackable mail (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
